What else have I designed?
From 2016 to 2020, I created dozens of campaigns for clients in retail, film, and e-commerce, including Tiffany & Co., Hennessy, Nobu, Origins, and Bergdorf Goodman.

At LiveAuctioneers, I led design for the entire order tracking experience, from emails to the My Orders page. The biggest challenge was dealing with inconsistent seller workflows and unreliable carrier data.


The goal was to create efficient and easy-to-use tools by deeply understanding the team's workflows and pain points, helping them respond faster and more accurately to issues.
Over the years, I noticed that many people find museums confusing and intimidating. As a museum lover, I decided to redesign an audio guide to help visitors learn about art.

At TopView, I led the design of the POS app that helped our salespersons to sell and print tickets, look up tour details, and track commissions.

I always had this game in my head to challenge New Yorkers to find the fastest route between two random NYC subway stops. Finally, I built a prototype with the help of AI.
